The Interpersonal Component as a Predictor of Good Management in the Pedagogical Leadership of Educational Services

Abstract

The research highlights those relational dynamics is key in the good management of pedagogical leadership in educational services. A correlational study was carried out, complemented by a mean difference analysis, applying an adaptation of the Emotional Inventory of BarOn (1997) to the 310 directors of the 63 schools of the largest private school network in Peru, and it was related to the levels of satisfaction that 13,475 parents reported on its management. It was determined that there is a significant positive correlation and that the difference is highly significant.
