It’s getting more and more important for an executive to manage the crises that may arrive either in the economic or in the social areas. The fire that took place at Borges Group plant in Reus is an experiencewhich a lot of lessons could be learnt from. Many decisions had to be taken along the operation which meant leadership, public relations and management in which it was possible to convert a disaster into an opportunity.
