Abstract

The study compares companies that focus solely on maximizing profits with those that consider themselves conscious and prioritize social and environmental aspects. Using an analysis of variance (ANOVA) on 120 companies, variables such as work stress, organizational learning capacity and radical innovation were evaluated. It was found that conscious companies tend to have employees with lower burnout and higher innovation and learning capabilities, suggesting that prioritizing social responsibility can benefit both the company and its employees.
