Privacy Statement

The UCJC platform (https://journals.ucjc.edu/) contains open access publications held with resources from the Camilo José Cela University, so that a special observation of the existing legislation on the rights of Author, as well as in relation to the privacy and use of contents. In this sense, and as a means designed for the transmission of scientific knowledge without greater limit than the tax by law, neither the university Camilo José Cela nor any society linked to it nor any member of its staff assumes responsibility for the theories, approaches, opinions and ideas expressed by the authors of the articles published on that platform.

The publication on the platform implies the non-exclusive transfer of the rights of exploitation of such publications, although the ownership of the moral rights of author will correspond to the signatories of the articles under the conditions that mark the law. However, the UCJC imposes certain conditions of publication whose violation will automatically invalidate the article even if it has been published, in which case it shall withdraw from the platform automatically and without prior notice:

1. The authors undertake to send original and unpublished articles in any format.
2. They also undertake not to submit their work in other publications or media in the meantime under review by the platform. Violation of any of these conditions will automatically void the item even if it has been published, in which case it is withdrawn immediately.
3. The platform is open-access and non-profit. Therefore, neither will pay any money to the authors that they address, nor require any payment to publish.
4. Authors who have published on the platform may have their works for inclusion in repositories, databases or other similar media as long as in the process link appropriate to it.

The UCJC, in the event that any violation of the described conditions is detected, reserves the right to undertake the pertinent legal actions with total independence from those that could be taken by others affected, collaterally, by questions such as plagiarism Or any kind of infringements related to the legislation in force.
