Resumen

Este estudio examina cómo la calidad de la información, la fiabilidad, la eficacia y la facilidad de uso percibida afectan a la calidad de LinkedIn y Facebook en la contratación. Según los datos de 200 participantes, los cuatro factores influyen positivamente en la calidad del sitio, lo que a su vez aumenta la intención de presentar una solicitud. Los resultados ayudan a los empleadores a elegir redes sociales eficaces para publicar ofertas de empleo y ofrecen una perspectiva académica sobre la integración de estas plataformas en las estrategias de marketing de contratación.
