Tecnologías Digitales, Justicia, Diversidad, Equidad, Inclusión y Gestión de Operaciones y de la Cadena de Suministro: El Efecto Moderador de la Cultura Organizacional

Resumen
Este estudio analiza cómo las tecnologías digitales configuran la justicia, la diversidad, la equidad y la inclusión (JDEI) en la gestión de operaciones y de la cadena de suministro (OSCM), considerando la cultura organizacional como variable moderadora. Basándose en la recientemente propuesta Teoría de la Justicia y la Inclusión Digital (DJIT), se desarrolla y contrasta un modelo estructural utilizando datos de una encuesta aplicada a 400 profesionales de empresas no financieras cotizadas en Nigeria. Los resultados obtenidos mediante el Modelado de Ecuaciones Estructurales por Mínimos Cuadrados Parciales (PLS-SEM) muestran que la facilidad de uso percibida constituye el predictor más sólido de los resultados relacionados con la justicia, la diversidad y la equidad, mientras que la intención conductual y la utilidad percibida mejoran significativamente la inclusión. Asimismo, la cultura organizacional fortalece los efectos de las tecnologías digitales sobre la justicia, la equidad y la inclusión, aunque no sobre la diversidad. Los hallazgos amplían el desarrollo teórico al integrar las perspectivas de la transformación digital y la sostenibilidad social, cuestionar los enfoques tecnodeterministas y contextualizar la JDEI en el ámbito de las economías emergentes. Además, este estudio contribuye al conocimiento al combinar los paradigmas de la transformación digital y la justicia social, ofreciendo implicaciones prácticas para el desarrollo de cadenas de suministro digitales más inclusivas en las economías emergentes.
