La implementación de la responsabilidad social corporativa en las marinas españolas: Un análisis de impulsores y barreras

Resumen
Las marinas son infraestructuras costeras para el atraque, alojamiento y servicios turísticos. Su futuro está en riesgo, y las estrategias de responsabilidad social corporativa (RSC) pueden garantizar un desarrollo sostenible. Este estudio analiza el conocimiento, la intención y la implementación de la RSC en 85 marinas españolas utilizando Modelado de Ecuaciones Estructurales de Mínimos Cuadrados Parciales. Los resultados muestran que la falta de conocimiento y la ausencia de regulación dificultan la adopción de la RSC, mientras que los beneficios económicos y la presión de los stakeholders no son impulsores clave.
