Resumen
Las nuevas características del entorno económico y empresarial han llevado a que la capacidad de aprendizaje organizativo se convierta en un factor clave para que la empresa mantenga su competitividad y alcance el éxito. De ahí que surja la necesidad de desarrollar estrategias empresariales que permitan crear organizaciones con una elevada capacidad de aprendizaje. Este estudio muestra la importancia del altruismo en las organizaciones a la hora de facilitar el proceso de aprendizaje organizativo, provocando así una mejora del desempeño organizativo.
