El enriquecimiento trabajo-familia: nuevo enfoque en el estudio de la conciliación y la satisfacción laboral de los empleados

Resumen
Este trabajo estudia el enriquecimiento trabajo-familia como nexo explicativo del efecto que las prácticas flexibles de recursos humanos tienen sobre la satisfacción laboral y el compromiso organizativo de los empleados. Los resultados de un estudio empírico a empresas españolas familiarmente responsables indican que el poder explicativo del enriquecimiento en sentido positivo es mayor que el del conflicto en sentido negativo
