Abstract

When Dostoevsky breaks into the literary scene with his first epistolary novel, twenty years before the publication of his famous Crime and Casti-go, Poor people, no one could suspect that a twenty-five-year-old Russian boy with a penchant for studying the mind, the motivations and behavioral patterns of people would end to consign a new artistic method of secular transcendence, still relevant today, still today read and still admired today, example of which we analyze in the present work on the short novel El bonito cri-men del cebinero de Cela. And that is that introspective compulsion, that obsession with psychology and above all, that desire irreducible, tenacious and almost pathological to understand the individual thought and its consequences in the collective opened the literature, expanding it, to an understanding of the universal yearnings of the man that previously had not had. It can not surprise anyone, then, that the maximum exposition of psychological realism exerts a favorite influence and direct teaching in another great teacher and teacher.
